RETURNS + REFUNDS

  • For blind boxes, we do not accept returnsIf you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and let's talk about it!
  • Please report any defected items within 7 days of receipt. 
  • Do not ship items back without emailing us first - we will not accept returns without authorization.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping estimates are from the time of shipping, not always the same time that your order is placedWe typically ship orders within 4-5 business days. 
  • As a small business, we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the mail - but we will always do our best to make sure you're happy and find a resolution. 
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. 
  • In the very rare case that an item breaks during transit, please keep the packaging as you opened it and contact us for further instructions. All damaged items must be reported along with photos within 2 days of package delivery.
